Import procedure sec 29 of custom act
in sec 29 sub sec 2 what is the relevance of words added by finance act 2013 i.e (unless permitted by CBEC) and how it is possible in case of accident to take permission from cbec to land at place other than custon airport and custom port

Before amendment made by F.Act 2013. Landing at other places was not possible.
But now, with the permission of CBEC , landing at other places is possible.
Situation may be weather changes etc.
