I want to know Import Procedure for Electronic Things, Some Toys, some spare parts and Other things.

If Excisable goods , what is the import procedure?

1. search for supplier overseas, get Proforma invoice or indent for goods.

2. pay to the supplier / establish the LC, make insurence available to supplier.

3. supplier will dispatch the goods to any indian port of /your terms settled.

4. depuye ur C&F to clear the goods by paying customs/ CVD/ VAT and port charges

5. Now the goods are at your hand, decide to sell wherever u deem fit.
