assessee have store outside India and profession services received in outside India and payment made by assessee from India to outside India. please clarify the GST liability on this transection

Why payment made from India? Need to ascertain the place of supply as per provisions. It depends on the nature of service being provided
Outside India only store and profession services provided
If payment is being made from India then it is import of service liable to RCM
