an agent does overhauling job for company in India for the machine supplied by company to bangladesh and sends invoice for the same
is it import of services for Indian Company and its ser tax liability

You will have to bear service tax on Reverse Charge Mechanism. However, also check if you can claim refund as this is service tax provided abroad on exported goods.
Remember to deduct TDS @ 20% on the payment for Technical Services. If you are yourself bearing TDS it will be at 25% on grossed up basis and you will have to pay service tax on 125% of the Invoice Value.
