1. Is there any requirement of compliance as per FEMA?
2. Do i need any special licence to do so?
3. Do i need any trade licence?

Under FEMA if you make forex remittance you have to import goods to the extent of remittance. You have to submit Bill of entry to your banker to evidence import within three months of import.
