what's payable rcm igst applicable in import of goods if port agent igst not paid or less paid. I post query before but not received satisfied replies

your igst is applicable on your goods rate... and its applicable on your custom bill ... when you pay this amount to custom then he release your goods ... not need to show this payment in your 3B but you can claim this igst amount in your 3b ..

my Clint import machinery cost 1700 dolar Rs aprox 1.16 lac item rate 18 %
port agent given bill custom duty 1225 & igst 3135 other comm.500 igst 9 0
not match my item rate
in that time what's I pay igst under rcm of item rate of bill import
& after claim.itc
what's this will be right or wrong

if you got clearance by custom department by this invoice you dp not have to pay any other tax this is your final bill
