Hello, I am importing good from china, i am paying import duty, can i have credit on Sales Tax

If you are a manufacturer, you can avail credit of CVD and Special CVD provided you charge VAT on sales for claiming Special CVD
If you are a dealer, you can claim refund of Special CVD (provided you charge VAT on sales)

Let me know you, My client is doing online business of mobile accessaries, he imports all thses from china with import duty, and he is selling all over market place with sales tax and central tax, but can he take credit on sale tax of import duty

Adjustment of special CVD against VAT/CST liability is not possible. But your client can separately claim refund from customs for payment of special CVD
