Can someone give me all the import duties to be charged for Graphite Scrap - I am guessing, the HS Code is 3801 10 00.

Also - where can I find this information online for free?

Two doubts I had was the Excise tariff being 16% - Isnt this how the breakup shld be...

Basic Duty 10.00%

Excise Duty

10.00%

Excise Duty Ed Cess

2.00%

Excise Duty S & H Cess

Custom Ed Cess

2.00%

Custom S & H Cess

1.00%

Additional Excise/Import Duty 4.00%

Secondly, there is a 10% for preferential areas -

what does this indicate??
