Hi,
I would like to know if a product can be exported from one country (lets say Srilanka in this case) directly to a buyer in Europe (lets say Germany in this case) where the company in Srilanka will be the "Sleller / Consignor" and the Company in Germany will be the "Consignee" and we in India will be the buyer.
Now in this case the seller / consignor from Srilanka will send all teh Original Documents directly to Germany along with the consignment without a Invoice and will raise a Invoice to us in India and we in-turn will raise a Invoice to our buyer in Germany who will remit the payment for receipt of Goods (In this care fresh fish via air cargo) via TT transfer to us in India and we in-turn will remit funds to the Consignor in Srilanka.
Please advice if this is possible and is legal as the the import export policy of India.
