If I import machinery say from! 'A' country to India & export the same to 'B' country, what is the GST applicability???

Same as above condition 1 except, I do some changes (repair) in machinery imported & then export that repaired machinery

Hi Pankaj,
1. Whenever you will do import service at the time you have to pay IGST @ 18% the same you can claim ITC in next month.
2. Whevever you are going to be done export service at the time you have to pay IGST @ 18% .the same you can Go for refund claim to Local GST office if you are not interested to pay IGST @ 18% then you need to be submitted LUT without payment tax you can do export business.
