What is the implication of amendment to section 50C?
Whether transfer by way of Power of Attorney will attract capital gains tax w.e.f 1-10-2009?

whether transfer of property by executing a Power of Attorney can be considered as sale of property for the purpose of calculating capital gains in the light of amendment to sec.50C
