I have a query, please guide accordingly, One person has paid GST worth Rs 19466/, on 30th May 2019, but Consultant has filed Form GST 16, Cancellation form, without informing the taxpayer on 01.04.2019, and Department has pass a order on 02.04. 2019, of cancellation,
Now please tell me, How He can receive the paid amount worth 19466/ back from department ?
