Immediate effect of change of hire purchase syllabus in ipcc/ipc

i heard there has been an announcement by the icai regarding hire purchase syllabus in ipcc/ipc, which is having immediate effect from this November exam itself. anyone having more information regarding it please let me know am writing this November exams.. thanks in anticipation
