I have proprietor ship firm in delhi. I purchased car personal name from haryana and payment through current account. I want to know, can I utilise our IGST and compensation cess. Plz. Suggest me any one.
But if you can prove the car is for furtherance of business you can claim. But again there will be lot of problem like proving how for much business and for personal.
