Igst set off against cgst and sgst in 3b

After submission of 3B for July, IGST is set off against CGST and balance in SGST in payment of tax window. But Payment of Tax dashboard is still showing tax liability of IGST (that was set off). Does it take time in processing or anything else to be done? Kindly advise.
