igst set off
from 1st april 2019 is there any changes have been made in setoff igst and cgst and sgst.

There is a change in utilisation of credit but w.e.f 1st Feb'19. The change is that, IGST credit should be utilised first against the liability of IGST, CGST/CGST.
That is credit of CGST/SGST can be utilised only when IGST credit is exhausted..
