We did export of goods under payment of IGST in april 2019, Filed GSTR3B and GSTR1, got IGST Validation successfully with response cod of SB000
usually we get refunds in 5-7 days of filing of returns, but this time we are yet to get that, since the amount involved is sizeable, we webt to customs and met IGST refund Assistant Commissioner, we were told that IGST scroll generation is suspended pan India. we would like to know if there is any contact or email address where we can put forth our grievance , we wrote to ICEGATE but they closed the complaint saying the invoice is matched with SB000 and we should contact local customs people.
The intention of this post is if any one else is also facing same problem or anyone else got the refund for the month of april 2019.
