Igst refund against export for july 2017

Has any exporter received the refund for the month of July 2017 for IGST paid while exporting?

July GSTR 6A was integrated inside GSTR1 and was filed long back. Also if you check 6A of July or even current months i.e Aug-Sep-Oct, Port Code & Shipping Bill is not marked as mandatory or marked with a "RED STAR". However, i am trying to edit the July 6A to insert Port Cort Code & Shipping Bill but it won't allow saying my retun is alreday filed.

I had filed the July Gstr1(6A) for exports without mentioning the shipping Bill No's. Now the system won't allow editing the GSTR1 or the 6A window for July.

Some ppl say you have to show the July exports details in Aug 6A. Hence if I show July Exports details in the Aug 6A, will it not increase my Exports sales figure for Aug as July 6A already filed? really confusing scenario for July Refund if applying online.
