i export the some items through by air .to other country ..and paid the igst....on 20.01.19...now i received same in my bank account.....
kindly explain

yes. IGST paid and goods exported, will be refunded immdiately after filing of GSTR3B, This was implemented by the customs authorities right from April 2018.
