IGST is paid at the time of clearance from Custom Authority. I want to ask where I can see this amount in the GST website to reconcile GSTR-2A and Input taken in GSTR-3B.

IGST on import are paid under RCM, So it will not be reflected in GSTR 2A. However if it is paid on import of goods then you may refer icegate portal. No such details is available at GST Website.

IGST on imports is paid as RCM so this will not reflect in your GSTR-2A

IN GSTR-2A, TRANSPORTER RCM IS SHOWING. THEN, WHY THE IGST PAID AT THE TIME OF IMPORT OF GOODS TO CUSTOM AUTHORITY IS NOT REFLECTING IN THE GSTR-2A.
Please also tell the process to check the IGST amount paid to Customs Authority at the time of Import of goods.
It is very much necessary to reconcile the Input taken with GSTR-2A.

RCM is applicable on goods and services as per notification.
Import of goods is not RCM.
It's payment made to customs. ICEgate is not linked with gstr2A. That might happen sooner and amounts will get reflected once bill of entry is filed.

Yes GST paid on import of goods is not reflecting in GSTR-2A since the Customs department has not yet linked the GST collected to GST Portal.
For now, you can avail input credit even though it is not available in GSTR-2A.
