I m in pharma whole sale my liability stands of igst cgst and sgst but input tax credit is available only in sgst ..I want to clear one thing is igst liability adjustment will done with sgst input tax credit

Yes. Firstly adjusted with sgst and balance with igst

First Adjust SGST credit against SGST liability and then adjust balance against IGST liability.
