IGST input set off , firstly I have to adjusted to sgst r cgst ,
pl give information about set off,
I adjusted firstly to sgst and balance amt I paid into cgst payment, in 3b not accepting , is there any possibility to adjust.

IGST firstly set iff from IGST then CGST & then from SGST.

by mistakes I adjusted first to sgst and balance paid in cgst , how to correct, is there any rectification , other wise I have to pay in sgst again, is there any possibility in challan s modification s..

You have to pay tax again & then claim refund of wrongly paid amt.

late fees 1400+1400 total 2800 paid through this cgst payment, I can adjust the late fees and will be pay with balance amt

No you cant as late fee can't adjust with tax....
