Igst in place of cgst and sgst

I had to charge IGST but by mistakenly charged cgst and sgst in gstr 3B jan 18 to mar 18. now I have to file Gstr1 of these period. how can I adjust . can I pay igst. what will cgst and sgst which I paid . pls elaborate.
