IGST difference due to change in Customs Exchange rate.

Which IGST amount to be declare in GSTR-1return in case of export on payment of IGST (i.e IGST declared as per Tax Invoice or as per shipping bill), when there is change in Custom Exchange Rate at the time of filing Shipping bill..

Exporters are required to use the RBI exchange rate for the purpose of calculating GST in the Tax invoice & the custom exchange rate for the shipping bill.

This will certainly lead to two values .. But for the time being .. This is the way to proceed

Though the department is aware of the above & is working to sort this out. (Already few cases were resolved, which came to the notice of the authorities)
