igst, cgst,sgst,should be shown in p&l a/c
in ITR 4 IGST, CGST,SGST, should be shown even though payment made through ITC .

Your question i not clear
is it necessary to show input tax on purchase and output tax on sale in ITR 4 in p&l a/c.
