IGST will setoff with IGST ,CGST,SGST
the CGST with CGST & SGST with SGST will setoff only when the balance ,in IGSG is fully exhausted

The new GST offset rules mandates for complete utilisation of IGST input credit before using the CGST or SGST input credit.
