Ignou degree for ca - ipcc students

Sir,

I completed my ipcc and want to do ignou degree but I have one doubt regarding certificate issue,

Is ignou issue degree certificate by writing 6 papers without writing CA final?

yes, CA Final is not required

CA IPCC must be passed

4 papers must be given of ignou

Atleast 3 years has elapsed since your IPCC Registration
