IGNOU is recognised university globally...but i dont iim will consider becuase its not regular course they want regular course

IGNOU DEGREES ARE RECOGNISED BY ALL UNIVERSITIES, INSTITUTIONS AT PAR WITH OTHER UNIVERSITY DEGREES BY UGC CIRCULAR.
