YOU can refer "A HANDBOOK ON IFRS" by Veenah hingarh.

Thanks Indira - IAS to IFRS or USGAPP to IFRS books will be more relevant to me. BTW plz u let me know any specific shops at Chennai or Bangalore to ask some one to get for me.

All books publication by big 4 is nice.. But my personal experiance says pwc manual guide is better one.. Publisher is PWC UK.. and if u read online you can read from IASPLUS.COM
