Hi rekha,
Yaar actually its such a changing topic that I will not suggest you to refer a particular book.Actually recently I prepared an article regarding IFRS.its a bit raw but I hope it will be useful to you.further I will suggest you to keep searching internet.even I have prepared my article from wikipedia and few forums from different sites.So here it is
