ICAI is providing Diploma in IFRS and ACCA is providing Cetificate course in IFRS named as DipIFR.
You may go for any of the two but in my opinion ACCA DipIFR has more credibility than ICAI diploma course.

For ICAI diploma, 15 hours are more than enough.
