AS per section 10(19), ,family pension recd by Widow or nominated heirs of deceased member of armed force including para-military forces only condition is death has occured in the course of his operational duties (should be certified HOD where deceased member last worked.
For Ex-gratia exempted bu virtue of circular 776 dated 08.06.99
