normally there is no loss under other sources.i also never see this type of case in filling returns.

letting out an vacant land purchased out of a loan.
interest earned from any amount borrowed and interest paid on it..
dividend received from foreign companies and charges paid on bank account for operating such accounts..
getting family pension after settling the dispute in the court of law.
