If total no. of leave exceeds

Can someone tell me. ..what if the total no. of leaves under articleship exceeds 156 days. ..does our final ka attempt get postponed due to this?

if u articleship is not completed of 2.5 years till 31st Oct or say 30th April.. Then that will postponed ur attempt..

if you complete the excess leaves before due date of your attempt it wil not b postponed

Nd what are the total no. Of leaves allowed. .156 or 180 ?

Total no is allowed 1/6 of working days. .it shall be calculated according to working days.

Total no. of leaves granted in my case was 156 days...The only criteria to appear for exam is that you should be serving the last 6 months of articleship as on 1st day of month of exam... If your total no. of leave days exceeds;then you will have to serve extension even after completion date of articleship on papers for that equivalent no. of days...So, that doen't have any posponment to your exam attempt but your articleship period may get postponed...
