If purchase from urd by composition dealer

If Composition dealer purchase the goods from URD what will happen such case if RCM exempt. Kindly clarify asap.

nothing do any anything but maintain in account that u would be purchase exempt goods from urd because in return exempt goods not feeded

purchase from urd by composition dealer is treated as inwards exempted supplies.

Since the particular transaction is not covered under RCM [ SECTION 9(3) ], then no GST is payable and it would be a a Exempt Supply for the COMPOSITION SCHEME Dealer.
