if purchase bill not available and sell is interstate

if the purchase is from a Unregistered dealer, then 1st u hve to pay tax on your purchase on Reverse charge mechanism, then u can sell it through tax invoice
No RCM provision is active now till 31.3.18 on purchase from Unregistered dealer.... Pay IGST on ur sale
