turnover above 2cr
still he didn't file GSTR-9
if not file GSTR-9, then what will happened?
what will he get penalty and punishment etc & etc?
can any one give full details pls

As per Section 125 , it's penalty will be impose 50000/- (25000 CGST + 25000 SGST)

No specific provision, Hence, subject to a general penalty (u/s 125 of CGST act) of Rs 25,000...
