your 2 paper will be evaluated and you will get marksheet with absent written in remaining 2 paper

However, in addition to that kindly note that you won't be eligible to claim any exemption in case you are absent for any of the paper of that particular group
( Just informed , in case you have plans of appearing for only 2 papers)
