Dear Sir,

Subject: Assessment Year 2017-18-Notice under rule 68-Submission regarding reference no. 1789381000016 on dated 09/08/2018.

Kindly refer to your so said notice under rule 68 and section 46 of the GST ACT. In this connection I would like to state that:

I had retained my GSTIN on 05 Sep 2017 meanwhile notice is shown my liability as on MARCH-17
As per provision of the GST act under section 39 I had properly filled my GST returns (enclosed herewith).
I had not sought to have been violated any provision of the rule 68.
GST annual return & GSTR-2 could not be furnished due to radical changes in structure of GST.

I request you, hence, to kindly pass the necessary ratification order, drop the effect of this notice which had sought to have been wrongly raised to me. For your ready reference I am herewith enclosing:
