if I migrate my SERVICE TAX into GST, do I have to charge GST even if my turnover don not cross 20 lakhs?

I am registered with service tax dept. My Total Turnover is less than 10 lakhs, therefore I do not charge service tax on invoices.

if I migrate to GST then what will be the scenario, do I need to charge GST on invoices even if my turnover do not cross 20 lakhs?
