If date of incorporation of huf entity is same as of dob of

For own huf............ No.
For HUF of his father/grandfather........... possibility lies
Dear sir, if customer declares that he willingly wants his DOB as DOI then, what kind of evidences be required to confirm that he was not minor at the time of formation if HUF entity
I Repeat...... DOI of own HUF cannot be same as DOB of karta..........
Because......... only after his marriage..... HUF can be incorporated.......
