If Credit Note under GST has to be issued where Sales made through E-Commerce Portal?

Query:

Goods sold through Flipkart and further goods were returned back. Whether in this case, the supplier needs to issue Credit Note?

If  yes, then to whom? to Flipkart or the Recipient?

If no, then how the supplier shall treat this return in his accounts and adjust GST?
