If ay18-19 itr not verified

The CBDT, vide a notification, had allowed an one time oppurtunity to verify all returns for A.Yrs. 2015-16 to 2019-20 by 30th Sept. 2020 which were pending for verification. If the option for condonation of delay (which was in place earlier even before the notification) is still available on the portal,then you can a request for ITR verification.
