05 July 2018I got IEC alltoment on Dt.03/07/2018 but if i am trying to view E-IEC, I am unable to take print out or my photo also doesn't apper on view e-iec.Today i face new issue when i check a status on dgft website regarding IEC. I found that "IEC Rejected Status updated at customs"
What was that ? I am totally blank because i had prepar all thing for my shipment now i face that issue.
I also trying to contact helpdesk but noone pick up phone.
Please exparts help me in this.

Sir I can't find any reason ? Where i have to see reason ? i don't get any mail or on websit also show that you iec was alloted and within 72 hours updated on ICEGATE

Please re-submit the application after complying with the deficiencies raised by the RA. There will be no need to pay the fee again.

YES U CAN RE-APPLY WITHOUT PAYING FEE
GENERALLY THERE IS MISSING OF ANY DOCS UPLOADED SO SUBMIT CAREFULLY
AND ATTACHED PROPER DOCUMENTS

Thanks once again i will wait for tomorrow if i get any query from RA.
currently i can't found any option for re-apply.
Last time i had carefully upload photo,pancard and bank latter and mention all details
i don't know what was the reason for rejection ?

Dear Naveen Ji
I follow your instruction but sorry to say I create more problem for me.
I don't thing you know meaning of modify.....When i do modify I have to pay more 200 rupees (Its not a big issue) but i have to provied more document like decelation form and document for agreemant...now i can't go bank and i can't go ahead.....
Please its request you to if you know full details than you have to advise any one......
