I am director of a Pvt. Ltd. Company having IEC Code from October 2010. I have no business of Import & Export hence not updating the following information :
1. In IEC details total directors are 6 (Six) but in this long period 2 to 3 times changes done and now we are 3 (Three) directors on Board as on date.
2. Address change in registered office from October 2008.
3. Address change in Branch code 1 (i.e. Warehouse) also we have an office in Mumbai which registered with excise registration and presently we are sitting at Dombivli on prevous registered office address and do all lision & Sales from their.
4. Change in Bank 2 times presently we bank with PNB.
We are going to purchase some material from importer on Band transfer. Hence kindly guide us for modification/Updation of all above changes with all procedure and fess also informe us the how much time taken to updation and mean while can we sale/Purchase the goods on Bond transfer.
