Dear All,
1.) I'm planning to apply for IEC through online. I believe after successful submission of the form through online, I need to send/submit the physical application form duly signed (without any support documents as they are already submitted through online). Pls. correct me if I'm wrong.
2.) I was told by my CA that there is no need of informing Karnataka ROC or getting approval from it regarding my admin/dev office in Bangalore. In such a case if I mention admin/dev office as branch office in ANF-2A (IEC application form) then will there be any confusion for DGFT while issuing the IEC? Pls. let me know.
3.) My office is registered in Andhra Pradesh whereas admin & development center is in Karnataka. In such a case I believe I need to submit IEC to Hyderabad DGFT office. Pls. correct me if I'm wrong.
