Respected Sir,

We are submitting an application along with Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- in favor of Jt. Director General of Foreign Trade, Pune with a request to issue of Import – Export Code No. The following documents are enclosed herewith for issue of IEC Code No.

1) Application Form (Part - A, and Part – D)

2) Demand Draft of Rs. 250/-

3) Bank Certificate as per prescribed format (Part – B, Appendix 18 A)

4) Self Certified copy of PAN Card

5) One loose photo of the applicant.

6) Self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 50/- for company name.

7) Self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 10/- for bank name.

8) xxxx (mention all any documents which you attached)
