No. . statutory updates for IDT are not given in may 2018 RTP only DT updates are given.although all questions in the RTP whether DT or IDT ,are based on updates (up to 31.10.2017) ,which will be relevant for upcoming exams.

There is also Circular 2/2018 for explanatory notes to provision of Finance Act,2017 in DT. I think it's like supplementary.
