Dear Anshu,
With regard to your query, please note that, there are few minor changes in excise and customs. However, there are significant changes in the service tax portion for May 2015. If you are comfortable with the same, it is alright if you study from the old Bangar and manually track the corresponding amendments from the Institute's supplementary guide. However, since Bangar incorporates the amendments in a systematic way which is grouped with the concept as covered by the text book, it is always advisable that you buy the new Bangar lest you overlook a minor amendment and its effect while manually tracking the same. In view of the same, it is always safer to buy the newer Bangar.
Best of luck!
Regards,
