Those case laws are tested from the the case law book given by the institute before the exam, they don't test case laws outside of that, and this happens in every exam. Even the suggested answers are copied from there word to word.
So don't waste your time mugging up case laws from bangar, useless exercise, just read up the case laws from Bangar and the case law book from the institute, make sure you remember that by heart!
