Most of the case laws are suppliment the law !!!

Those case laws are tested from the the case law book given by the institute before the exam, they don't test case laws outside of that, and this happens in every exam. Even the suggested answers are copied from there word to word.

So don't waste your time mugging up case laws from bangar, useless exercise, just read up the case laws from Bangar and the case law book from the institute, make sure you remember that by heart!

Hope it helps.

bangar sir's caselaws are sufficient  for exam specially written in bracket

please read this carefully  this is my detailed analysis over the subject of idt and relevant books

Bangar is the book which can be called as the mahabharata of the subject

the great authors of bangar's student guide to IDT do not wait for others to publish case laws or amendments in their book but other authors do that .. they wait for bangar to be publish to understand amendments and copy paste the same in their book ( this is visibly proved with one of the mistake in bangar's last editon which was carried over by two renowned authors of delhi as well ... same words same illustration and same analysis.. although that illustration was not by cbec) and this is the reason you will find so much case laws in this book

now your question ..... too much case laws .....

as per my advise ..... do not read them ...... do case laws only from ICAI'S SELECT CASE LAWS 2011 EDITION + THE NEW CASE LAWS BETWEEN OCT 2010 TO APRIL 2011 which will be hosted on ICAI.ORG by 15th october. ICAI ASKS QUESTIONS FROM IT ONLY...

shri yogender bangar ji.. smt vandana bangar ji and great shri vinit sodhani ji ( till date the highest mark getter in ca final exams) i salute you for makin such a great book on this subject.
